I. OVERVIEW. MonaLisaLikes is an online premium designer outlet selling authentic runway pieces, handbags, apparel, shoes, and accessories from top brands (“Products”). By visiting the Website and/or purchasing the Products from our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of use of the Website set forth herein (“Terms” or “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

II. EFFECTIVE DATE: These terms are effective as of May 1, 2018. 

III. PRODUCTS, PRICES, ORDERS: 

(1) Prices for the Products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price change. 

(2) No price adjustments to prior sales.

(3) We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of the Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products that we offer. All descriptions of the Products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. 

(4) Monalisalikes.com is a discounter online store. We offer significant discounts from retail price of the merchandise we sell. And although most items are in perfect condition and  come in original packaging and with tags attached, we do not guarantee it. Some items may have minor defects, like, for example, but not limited to, small stains, leather imperfections, minor scratches. Clothes or shoes may have been tried on, tags can be missing partly or fully. Packaging may not be in perfect condition and/or missing some minor accessories or parts like, for example, but not limited to, box, dust bags, heel tips, etc.. (5) We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

(6) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

(7) Any offer for any product or service made on the Website is void where prohibited. 

IV. RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted for all regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are processed in a form of a store credit only.  

All promotional merchandise and items with additional discounts are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligible items can be returned under the following conditions:

– Returned item must be regular-priced, non-promotional item, bought without any additional discounts and coupons applied;

– Returned item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached;

– Returned item must be returned with all original accessories, such as, for example, but not limited to: original box, original dust bag, spare buttons, shoulder strap, mirror accessory, heel replacements, etc.;

– Returned item must be shipped back to Monalisalikes within 14-day period from the day a buyer received it, according to tracking;

– Refund in the form of a store credit will be issued within 3 business days from the day of receiving a merchandise back. Items shipped back after 14-day period are not eligible for a return and will not be refunded;

– Refund in a form of a store credit will be issued in a full amount of returned item’s sale price, less original shipping fee. Amount of shipping fee varies based on item’s size, weight and buyers shipping address;

– Store credit is valid 180 calendar days from the date of issuing and can be used any time during this period. Upon expiration of 180 days from the date store credit was issued, it can no longer be used. Expired store credits can not be restored. Using store credit within 180 days timeframe is a responsibility of a store credit holder;

– Monalisalikes shall not be held liable for any expired store credits;

– Return shipping expenses are a responsibility of a buyer;

– In case of international shipping, any customs fees associated with return are a responsibility of a buyer;

– Monalisalikes is not liable for any returned merchandise until it is in a possession of Monalisalikes  and while it is in a process of shipping. Monalisalikes is not liable for any damages to a returned merchandise occurred during return transportation. In case returned item arrives damaged, Monalisalikes reserves the right not to issue a refund, as returned merchandise must arrive in exactly same condition, as it was originally shipped to the buyer;

– Monlisalikes is not liable for any item lost during return shipping;

– Buyer is responsible for buying return shipping label, packing returned merchandise securely and for any damages, errors or losses which may occur during return shipping;

HOW TO START A RETURN PROCESS:

– If you wish to return your purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Let us know you wish to return your purchase indicating an exact item and reason for a return. Remember, that you should ship the item back within the same 14 days;

– Wait till we confirm your return. Usually it happens same or next business day;

– Ship your item back to us. Let us know your return tracking – it will expedite the refund process;

– Remember that you – buyer – are responsible for the item while it is on its way back to us. So make sure you pack it securely and choose shipping service you trust and find appropriate;

– We will contact you as soon as we receive the item back and issue you a refund within 3 business days. We will deduct what we spent to ship the item to you from refunded amount.

V. SHIPPING: Orders are generally processed within three (3) business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail. All orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. Shipping is free within the United States.  International Shipping fee is $75. If you make a purchase and submit a payment, and your shipping address is outside US, we will send you a separate invoice for shipping. All customs fees, if any, are a responsibility of the customer.

VI. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE: MonaLisaLikes reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you, and therefore, MonaLisaLikes recommends that you read these Terms of Use carefully each time you use the Website.
